I've been for a few different services and am always happy and treated well. Recently got my eyebrows done with a tint and I'm so happy! I've never had it done before but the tech answered my questions and was informative. They're always great here.
Just go. It’s the best nail place I’ve been to in all of Toronto, and I’ve been to a lot over the last 20 years. Everyone there is a nail pro - they are all lovely people, who do exquisite (and efficient, well priced) work. My nails are always perfect. And they take such good care to do my daughter’s nails, too.You won’t regret going!
This place was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! My mom and I just got our nails done and literally loved both of the workers 🥹🥹 they were so kind with fixing up the nails to fit the color and style we liked, and the entire place is so clean and welcoming❤️ will be coming back, absolutely love it!
I had a great experience with esthetician Ellie! She recognized that my nails were weak due to continuously applying shellac. She recommended bio gel and made my nails look perfect! I will continue to go back and book with Ellie, she’s an expert in nail care!

Called to make an appointment at 12:15pm today, spoke to a lovely woman on the phone who told me the difference between the different types of nails, answered all my questions and booked me for my desired time at 5:30pm. Got there for 5:30pm and no record of me calling and no availability for another hour… unfortunately didn’t fit in my timeline so walked down the street to another nail salon

I recently visited this salon and (as always) had an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. What truly made my visit exceptional, however, was the service from Charlin. If you're lucky enough to have Charlin as your professional, you’re in great hands! Highly recommend!

I recently started going to Vanity Nails and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. After trying several nail salons over the years, I finally feel like I've found a place that prioritizes their clients needs and comfort. They've thought of all the little details I didn't realize I was missing in other salons. Pillows on the backs of the chairs, a place to put your purse, a phone charging station, great music playlist, something interesting to watch on Netflix, and the staff actually asks how you are. Their pricing is reasonable and my nails look amazing. Special mention to Leslie who did an amazing job!
Wonderful experience here! I came in with cracked nails down the middle and they were able to repair like it never happened. Was able to fit me in last minute, very friendly service and very skilled technicians would recommend coming by for a visit. Atmosphere is very unique with the tree in entryway. This is my go to nail salon. The girls are AMAZING the detail and precision they put into their work is unreal. The only thing I will mention is to schedule and appointment ahead of time as they are busy busy, but if you are in a hurry then I would save the appointment for another day as You can't rush perfection!
10/10! This was my first time going here I did bio gel overlay and a shellac pedi with Flower.. Best pedicure I’ve had, and my nails look super cute. Definitely my new go-to spot!
Leslie is great. Super quick and meticulous. Been going to her for two years nonstop. She always remembers what I did, colour etc. she’s also great with design.

I’ve been seeing Leslie here for over a year now and she does a fantastic job every time. Prices are fair and everyone at the salon is so friendly.
Nice work but could have used a third coat of colour. I was watching TV so didn't notice; I would've wanted the technician to notice and offer. I should pay more attention next time!
I have been with Leslie for almost 2 years now and she never fails to make me feel gorgeous when I leave.
My manicure was rushed, and the technician couldn’t finish it, so the receptionist had to step in and finish my nails. Nails ended up uneven, and one has already fallen off, which has never happened to me with gel manicures before. This shows poor quality work.To make matters worse, despite the poor service, I was charged an additional $10 for a tiny heart design on my one nail, which is ridiculous given the overall experience.If you are overbooked and unable to provide quality service, please do not accept more clients. I expected a professional and relaxing experience, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

This was my first time getting lash extensions. My cousin suggested I chose the technician Flower. She was understanding, easy to talk to you, and always made sure I was comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience here. It was a clean and chic environment.. I’m in love with my lashes they look amazing. It was a 10 out 10 experience for me. Always a pleasure to go here and have been a loyal customer for years! They always get it right, legit every time I go to another nail spot, I always regret it and wish I went to Vanity instead. They do great work and always have me leaving happy 🙂 Flower is amazing!
Love the service here!Flower is an excellent nail tech and very gentle with my natural nails.My biggest pet peeve at other salons is over filing and that’s never been an issue here.My manicures always come out great and last much longer 🙂
I did pedicure and manicure combo.I felt the manicure was rushed and spots were missing nail polish. My nails were wrapped in foil for the entire time my pedicure was being done, which is far too long. This was obviously done to save on time and I just sat there with my hands resting in a way so the remover would not run out from the foil.The technician also made one of my toes bleed. Usually Polysporin would need to be added to prevent infection, but she just pressed with a tissue until the bleeding stopped. She also did not say anything about the toe bleeding, I felt a discomfort and saw she had got a tissue to wipe the bit of bleeding.They were clearly very booked and decided to cut corners with my appointment, which made the experience unpleasant.
Always have a great experience at Vanity. Everyone is really professional and do my nails exactly how I like them. Never disappointed!
We had such a lovely experience at Vanity Nail & Beauty Bar. The service was wonderful and all three of our manicurist were so kind. Our nails look great. My daughters are elated with their nails and cannot stop looking at them. We will definitely come back again.
It was my first time here and was highly recommended. My nails came out beautiful. Thanks so much, Irene!I made an appointment with a random tech last minute. Was greeted at the door by a man working the front desk and did not wait long for the technician to start working on my nails. When i called in, I asked for a shellac change. Tech asked what I wanted and told her I wanted Shellac with a chrome finish. After almost an hour and a half and the service almost done, she is being rushed by the man at the front desk. He looked mad at her. I felt super uncomfortable. I think she ran later than expected because someone else had an appointment with her, and now they were waiting. The man kept looking at my tech - Irene - and looked so mad. She came back to me for final touch-ups, and the man was telling her to go back to the client and that the other techs could help with final touch-ups if I wanted it. By this point, he looked beyond upset.I should have been told that a chrome finish would not have been possible if there were other appts. When I had to pay, the man clearly looked angry, and I did not appreciate it. I asked for details on the service, and he said it was displayed on the screen with so much attitude. I said it wasn't and he apologized and displayed it for me.Someone like that should not be running a shop like that.
I had the mani/pedi combo and was really pleased with how both turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

It was my first time here. It was nothing special. I was left to my own devices after I was shown to the nail drier.
So clean the staff is really professional. They always make my nails look amazing. Honestly recommend them to everyone!!
This was my first time getting my nails done, and I got the bio gel overlay. It lasted a long time, but I probably won’t be doing it again as the removal process leaves your nails very brittle, you basically need to keep getting it done once you start, as the process of regrowing out healthy nails take forever. This place is very clean and it did not have any toxic smell that some nail salons have.
LOVE LOVE LOVE vanity nails!!I recently had my nails done by Leslie for my birthday. She gave me exactly what I had been looking for, and the service was amazing. It was my first time getting bio gel nails done and I was a bit nervous, but they turned out so well. The staff there is so friendly and the place is incredibly clean. The atmosphere of the space is very comfortable and made me feel extremely relaxed. I will 100% be booking with Vanity again!!
I went with a party of 4 people I paid a good chunk of money and my manicure was wrecked due to switch of techhian because another client walked in. I found it disturbing as I paid 276 for 4 people and I just received 10 dollars off. If you want to charge big bucks make sure the client get full service
The girls work is really good I loved ❤️ especially Mia I love her work she recommended me to the best designer for me thanks see you in 3 weeks.Today was a great day, Mia made me a beautiful design that I loved and I fell in love, I love her work and the way she understands what I need, she is wonderful.
it was my first time here and they took such good care of me! i didn’t have an appointment initially but they were able to squeeze me in for a pedicure, which was very nice of them. the service was relaxing and i would definitely come here again 🙂

did not listen to my comments about my nail injury (that has been accommodated by several other manicurists with no issue as it is an old injury) , injured me further (to the point of a throbbing bleeding nail) and was not apologetic at all. very disappointing.
I came in to get my nails done for an engagement shoot and the nail tech doing my bio gel manicure did a rush job. She finished in half the time it took the nail tech next to me working on her client. I thought maybe she was a more experienced manicurist but within 3 days, 2 nails broke and after another 2 days, another nail broke. Usually my bio gel manicure will look great for at least 2 weeks before any sign of breaking. Not only that my thumb nails are bumpy and uneven and there are air bubbles in most of my nails. Please take your time and do a better job for $140. Disappointed in how my nails turned out for my engagement and the holidays. Will not be coming back.

I went in today for a combo Mani Pedi standard, upper lip waxing and eye brows waxing. The service was excellent, I got exactly what I wanted despite being the first time. I will be back for sure. Thank you!
I love this nail salon. I get my nails done about every 3 weeks here & it lasts so long & looks great. Unfortunately my nails were rushed this time & after 3 days my nail polish started to chip in some places & the matte nail polish wasn’t applied properly so it’s bubbled up and cracked on 2 out of 4 fingers. The corners also look unfinished on almost all of my nails. So now unfortunately after a few days I will have to go out of my way to get them redone again.
Best place to get your nails done in Bloor West! All of the techs are talented and really take the time to make sure you’re happy with your service every step of the way! They’re always updated on the latest trends and have the best amenities - love it there !

So well taken care of from start to finish! My first time coming in here today and i’m over the moon. The receptionist is soooo nice and the nail tech’s attention to detail was impeccable. The whole place has touches that make your experience that much better, like wireless chargers at every station, coffee, tea, etc. My nails look PERFECT and I had an awesome time. Gonna make this my new regular spot.
First appointment every color was out that I asked for. Second appointment waited 45 minutes. I could go on but you get the idea.
I felt like a queen! The decor is majestic. I was a walking and was served quite quickly. Service was excellent price was great and my nails are beautiful definitely going here again!!

This is my favorite nail place on Bloor West. They are always happy to see me, have snacks and drinks available, it always looks nice and clean. They are open to attempting any nail design I request. It's overall a nice, comfortable experience and I always walk out with great nails!

The salon is nice enough, the nail technician do a decent job but no one is particularly friendly. I don't expect much, but as a paying customer who is leaving a tip I expect a little better customer service. (Leslie was nice).

I have been coming to Vanity Nails for years. It is a lovely, forward-thinking business that values the customer experience and is always looking for ways to improve on what they offer their clients. In addition to doing great nails, they offer coffee, tea, snacks, tv and lovely nail technicians.
Mia was my nail tech for my pedicure. She did such an amazing job. She took her time and was such a sweet heart. She's definitely my new " go to " person. Oh and Leslie is amazing as well. Both are detail oriented. Recommend this place for sure.

I come here about once a month for a manicure and eyebrow threading. I've been coming for about a year and have had many of the techs do my nails and none of them disappoint! They're all so nice and so great at what they do - my shellac always lasts 4 weeks! Eyebrows are so clean! Definitely recommend, I tell my own friends to come all the time:)
